Building on an existing framework, I created internal workflows and dependencies for all digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, copywriting, email marketing). I also assisted other teams (Sales and Web Design) in building and utilizing Asana. The new workflows and system updates allowed us to stay connected and more efficient.

I created a robust project framework within monday.com for the Social team from the ground up. By consolidating several programs and workflows into monday.com, the Social team tracked workload, resources, deliverables, and internal efforts more efficiently.
Each team member had an up-to-date list of deliverables and details, along with dependencies and approval requirements for each project (internal and client).

The Social team was tasked with strategizing for and launching a new set of social channels for Amazon centered around their Black audiences. My role was to work with Social, Accounts, Creative, Video Content Production, and Operations to build out a feasible workload and budget to kick off the project and manage the day-to-day Social team deliverables.
We launched Instagram, TikTok, and X / Twitter with daily posting and community management, small-to-large scale graphic and video assets created in-house, and an ongoing content calendar strategy.
